Travel Fix Buddy is a brand operated by VoyageVista Travels Pvt Ltd, a company registered in India. We provide independent travel consultation services to individual travelers. All services are governed by Indian law and jurisdiction.
02Nature of Service
Travel Fix Buddy provides consultation, price comparison, and advisory services only. We are not a travel agency and do not book travel on your behalf unless specifically and separately agreed. Our service fee covers our expertise and time — not any third-party charges from airlines, hotels, or car rental providers.
All recommendations and information provided represent our professional opinion based on experience and available data at the time of consultation. Prices, availability, and policies from airlines, hotels, and other providers are subject to change and are outside our control.
03Service Eligibility
Our services are available to individual travelers and families only. Travel agents, tour operators, travel industry professionals, and businesses are not eligible to use our services.
04Pricing & Payments
All service fees are as listed on our website. Post-booking services (Check-in Help, Seat Selection, Change & Cancellation Advisor) are priced per PNR/booking reference for up to 2 passengers. Each additional passenger beyond 2 is charged at $9 per person.
Our service fee is entirely separate from any charges levied by airlines, hotels, car rental companies, or any other travel provider. We will always inform you of any applicable third-party charges before taking any action. You are never required to share payment card details with us.
05Price Guarantee & Refund Policy
Our price guarantee applies to Best Fare Finder, Best Rate Finder, and Trip Price Comparison services only, and requires verifiable proof of your current booking price — a screenshot or confirmation from a recognised booking platform.
If we are unable to find a better price than your provided proof, a 100% refund will be processed within 24–48 hours to your original payment method.
Once we have delivered a better price, recommendation, or alternative option, the consultation is considered complete. Refunds are not applicable after service delivery. Refunds apply only when we are completely unable to provide any better option.
061:1 Live Call Policy
Scheduled calls that are missed by the customer will be rescheduled. We will contact you three times over three consecutive days via email. You must confirm a new time within those three days. If no confirmation is received, the booking is forfeited with no refund.
07Check-in Help
For the Check-in Help service, the customer is responsible for providing all required documents and information in a timely manner. If documents are received late and check-in cannot be completed as a result, Travel Fix Buddy is not liable and no refund applies.
08Disclaimer of Liability
Travel Fix Buddy provides consultation based on professional experience and available information. We are not responsible for: changes in prices or availability after consultation; decisions made by airlines, hotels, or other providers; the customer's final booking decisions; or any losses arising from following or not following our recommendations.
09Dispute Resolution
