What is the +$9 per person charge?
Post-booking services (Check-in Help, Seat Selection, Change & Cancellation) are priced per booking reference for up to 2 passengers. If your booking has more than 2 passengers, each additional person is charged $9 extra.

What details do I need to share?
A screenshot of your current price from any booking platform. This proof is required for our price guarantee to apply. For new bookings, just tell us your route, dates, and preferences.
How quickly do I get results?
Within 24 hours on working days. Most queries are resolved faster. For urgent requests, mention it when you contact us and we will prioritise.
Is this service for travel agents or professionals?
No. Travel Fix Buddy is exclusively for individual travelers and families โ not travel agents, tour operators, or travel industry professionals.
What happens if I miss my scheduled 1:1 call?
We will contact you 3 times over 3 days via email to reschedule. You need to reply and confirm a new time within those 3 days. If we don't hear back, the booking is considered forfeited.
Do you handle Spirit, Frontier, or other budget airlines?
Yes. We are well-versed in low-cost carrier pricing and fee structures โ which is often where the biggest surprises happen. Our expertise helps you understand the real total cost and whether a budget carrier is actually the cheapest option.
